We are based in Johannesburg aimed at improving the educational system in the South African public and private sector by providing different diverse skills development training programmes throughout the year. We provide inventive and solution driven training programmes to the different sections in the public and private sector.

Since independence the government and the private sector are still undergoing a lot of changes hence our aim is to help the economy grow by empowering the people through these short accredited skills development courses. Mictech aligns itself with some of the leading institutions of Higher Learning so as to ensure excellent service delivery within the Public and Private Sector of South Africa.

We offer specialised 3-5 day accredited training courses to the public and private sector every month. These courses will be accredited by local government SETA (local government sector training authority) and services CETA. The courses range from NQF levels 4- 6 and all the programmes are credit bearing to ensure the provision of powerful and educational knowledge.

To ensure the success of our courses we do a lot of research so as to identify the distinctive challenges facing the public and private sector and hence provide a solution to them by developing skills in these key problematic areas, for example say we spot that most people in government lack financial knowledge we will then market a course like "financial management for non-finance personnel" which would be the key to helping them get financial knowledge.

Our target market are the vast sections in the government throughout South Africa, here we talk of people in departments as well as in municipalities too, e.g human resources management, finance department, the supply chain department, the technical services department and so many more arms in government. We also offer training to the different departments in the private sector.
